Shipping

Delivery will be made by our chosen courier at any time between the hours of 07.00 & 17.30 Monday through to Friday. We do not deliver at weekends or bank holidays unless by special arrangement.

The full delivery address including the name of the person receiving the goods and any relevant information appropriate to delivering the goods must be included at time of purchase along with a contact telephone number.

Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed once you have made the purchase and your goods cannot be redirected.If the first delivery attempt fails you will be left a card by the courier and asked to contact your local depot to confirm re-delivery or collection of your order.

NB*Our courier will leave a card wherever possible however they will not card premises with secure entry systems if they are unable to enter the building so please consider this when arranging your delivery and provide an alternative address. If you do not contact the courier on the day of first failed delivery they will automatically re-deliver the next working day. Only two delivery attempts will be made.

If delivery fails twice goods will be returned to your local depot and will remain there for 5 working days for collection, after which will be returned to Glengoyne Distillery and you will be liable for payment to re-send the goods.

If you are unsure that you will be home let us know at the time of purchase you could have the goods delivered to your place of work. Alternatively if there is somewhere that the goods can be left in your absence e.g. with a neighbour/ or at the back door please leave us instructions.

Please note if you choose this option the goods become your property as soon as the courier has left them. and you become liable.
